Policy statement Flux Partners

The management of Flux Partners has established a quality policy that aligns with the organisation’s mission and objectives. This policy is aimed at consistently achieving the organisation’s goals.

Our policy prioritises the ambition to demonstrate ownership, deliver significant added value to our clients and establish strategic partnerships with them. To achieve this, the policy places a strong emphasis on selecting and retaining employees, as well as developing their knowledge and skills. In addition, creating and maintaining safe and sustainable working conditions within our organisation are key objectives and an integral part of our overall business policy.

We make every effort to ensure that the safety, health and well-being of our employees, temporary workers, clients, visitors and third parties are safeguarded and continuously improved. We ensure that these individuals are not exposed to unacceptable risks, discrimination, harassment or violence. Furthermore, we invest in maintaining and strengthening our close-knit and entrepreneurial culture.

We strive for maximum customer satisfaction, from the initial stages throughout the entire lifecycle of our services. We periodically measure client satisfaction and initiate improvement measures wherever possible. We recognise that honouring agreements and fulfilling promises contribute to positive and lasting relationships with our clients.

At Flux Partners, all employees are informed and kept up to date on the rules and agreements relating to our quality policy. This is both an individual and a collective responsibility of all employees. To support this, we provide the necessary resources, instructions, information and guidelines.

Through regular and structured consultations, management monitors the implementation of and compliance with this policy. Based on the experience gained, the policy will be adjusted where necessary.
