The assignment:
Hanab Energy Solutions participated in the tender for the EBS framework agreement, Lot 2 Port Area. Flux Tendermanagement supported Hanab throughout the tendering phase. After securing the framework agreement, a mini-competition followed for the Zeppelinstraat high-voltage installation project. This contract was also awarded to Hanab. Flux subsequently remained involved in contract review, project preparation and the implementation of risk management.

Our joint result
The collaboration resulted in securing both the EBS framework agreement for Lot 2 Port Area and the subsequent mini-competition for the Zeppelinstraat project. This established a strong foundation for project execution. Through the involvement of multiple Flux business units, knowledge gained during the tendering phase is retained and effectively applied to contract management, project management and risk mitigation.
